1. How do I take care of my jewelry?

We recommend that you store your jewelry individually inside a pouch, case, or compartment in a dry and cool place. Avoid storing your jewelry in bathrooms.

If you are planning to store the piece for an extended amount of time, place it inside an airtight bag. Clean your piece regularly and gently with a soft microfiber cloth to restore its shine. Avoid showering, swimming, exercising, performing household chores, and engaging in any other activity that exposes the jewelry to moisture, such as applying perfume or lotion. Using strong chemicals to clean your VALEROSA jewelry will damage your piece.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we are only shipping within Canada.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link or visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the status of your shipment.

4. What is your return policy?

Each VALEROSA piece is made to order, with this in mind we ONLY offer our customers the possibility to return or exchange their pieces if they arrive at their final destination with defects that prevent the user from wearing them as intended. For more information, please read our Return Policy.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Your purchase will take from 5 to 6 weeks. Processing time typically takes 1-3 business days, it takes 2 to 3 weeks to craft your order and an additional 10 to 15 days of shipping from Colombia to your door. Shipping time depends on the shipping method and your location within Canada. Please note that the total time for processing, crafting, and shipping may vary depending on the complexity of the design and any unforeseen circumstances.

6. How long does it take to produce my order?

We take great pride in creating our jewelry with the utmost care and craftsmanship by our skilled artisans in Colombia. As a result, the production time is slightly longer, but rest assured that this extra time is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail in every piece.

Typically, it takes 2-3 weeks to meticulously craft your order. During this time, we will keep you updated consistently as your VALEROSA piece comes to life. We believe this meticulous process is what makes our jewelry truly special and worth the wait.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Upon placing your order, a cancellation window of 24 hours is available. Once we receive your cancellation notification, your payment will be reimbursed to the original payment method. After the expiration of the 24-hour period, cancellation of the order will no longer be possible.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we also offer the option to pay via PayPal for added convenience.
