Return & Exchange Policy

Our jewelry is handmade by artisans in Mompox, Colombia. Each VALEROSA piece is one of a kind, and we stand behind everything we make.

If for any reason your piece does not meet your expectations, email us at info@valerosa.ca within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right, whether that means an exchange, a repair, or a full refund.

To process your return or exchange, please keep the following in mind:

• The item must be unaltered and returned in its original packaging, including the box. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a box sturdy enough to protect the piece during transit.
• Refunds and store credits are issued to the original purchaser upon presentation of the original sales receipt.
• If exchanging, please hold onto your return tracking number until the process is complete.
